Job summary

You will deploy development events, run live and on-demand sessions, and partner with internal teams to meet learning needs across the organization.

The role requires adult learning expertise, strong facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of learning management and development experience.
• Professional certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of ADDIE and modern learning practices preferred.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and LMS required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs.
• Plan and deploy employee development events and learning activities.
• Facilitate live sessions, workshops, and on-demand programs.
• Assess learner comprehension and adjust delivery methods accordingly.
• Maintain training documentation and files for audits.
• Support end-users with LMS access and navigation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on training needs.
• Create training aids and assessments based on learning goals.
