Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to drive growth for University Advancement staff by designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions.

You will work on Workday Learning, develop engaging content, and facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions with high professionalism. The role focuses on collaborating with the Organizational Development Team to improve staff performance, manage training materials, and support annual training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• 3 years of Curriculum/Content Development and Workshop Facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Course development, facilitation, and production of learning materials (slides, worksheets, job aids, demos).
• Facilitate synchronous and asynchronous learning in person and on Zoom; produce hybrid sessions for speakers as needed.
• Load, schedule, and test courses in Workday Learning; track and report training metrics; summarize evaluations.
