Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis' Office of Postdoctoral Affairs is seeking a Program Manager for Postdoctoral Education and Development.

This role leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of a competency-based education curriculum to support professional development for postdocs, faculty, and staff. You will collaborate across campus, manage educational digital platforms, build internal and external partnerships, and serve as an expert advisor while strengthening equity and inclusion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• No specific certification or professional license required.
• 3 years relevant work experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and assesses strategic initiatives for postdoctoral professional, career, and skill development.
• Leads implementation and refinement of a competency-based postdoctoral education curriculum and evaluation plans.
• Establishes and maintains partnerships and represents the OPA on internal and external committees.
