Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Manager, Professional Credit Programs to lead strategy and implementation of professional-credit offerings across the St. Louis region.

The role partners with the Dean to align initiatives with the school’s vision and to deliver scalable, workforce-aligned learning and development opportunities. You will oversee LMS and systems, manage enrollments and revenue distribution in Destiny One, support SMEs, and drive multiple projects on time and within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in course design, faculty training, or related fields.
• Experience with Canvas LMS and Destiny One is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops curriculum and courses aligned with the school’s mission.
• Collaborates with SMEs to develop content and learning experiences across modalities.
• Ensures accessibility standards and assessments meet outcomes.
• Administers Canvas LMS and supports SME, staff and students.
• Oversees Destiny One registration and reporting for professional-credit courses.
