Qualifications

• Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs and organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops in-person and technology-based training.
• Interviews subject matter experts and designs instructional content.
• Provides analytical support for curricula and policies.
• Develops learning aids and web simulations to transfer knowledge.
• Evaluates training effectiveness against objectives.
• Presents and facilitates workshops to staff and leadership programs.
• Meets with stakeholders to determine needs and design interventions.
• Manages enrollment, completion, and evaluation of internal professional learning events.
