Responsibilities

• Deliver live training sessions, workshops, and on-demand programs
• Lead interactive learning experiences and manage group dynamics
• Create inclusive learning environments and encourage participation
• Assess learner comprehension and adapt delivery methods
• Provide LMS end-user support and ensure system performance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on training needs
• Design and develop criterion-based training assessments
• Gather feedback to improve training effectiveness
• Maintain training documentation and records
• Assist with audits of training documentation
• Coordinate enrollments of e-learning courses
• Analyze, design, and produce learning solutions using instructional design
• Support training needs assessment for new and existing employees
• Provide learning history requests
• Develop training aids (presentations, handouts, workbooks)
• Stay current on training design methodologies
• Organize virtual vendor training sessions
• Perform other duties as assigned
