You will manage multiple training initiatives, develop train-the-trainer programs for production staff, and measure ROI using analytics.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years in L&D, manufacturing experience, and strong facilitation and LMS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee multiple concurrent training programs and ensure timely delivery.
• Design and facilitate programs for frontline to leadership levels.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs for production environments.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design to content.
• Measure training impact and ROI using analytical tools.
• Oversee LMS content, user engagement, tracking, and reporting.
• Deliver high-impact live and virtual training sessions.
• Research industry trends to keep programs innovative.
