Job summary

UN Secretariat's CDOTS unit seeks a Programme Management Officer to lead learning and development initiatives, design surveys, and support L&D strategy. You will manage projects from inception to evaluation, coordinate with experts and clients, and prepare documentation.

The role requires a Master’s degree (or equivalent) with at least five years in L&D, and collaboration with IT on platforms; Train the Trainer experience is desirable for scaling programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in project/programme management, administration, or learning and development.
• Experience designing training programs with e-learning components.
• Experience in an international organization preferred.
• Strong research and survey design skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full lifecycle of learning and development projects from development to evaluation.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and clients.
• Develop action plans for change management.
• Prepare written outputs and conduct trainings.
• Manage L&D budgets and collaborate with IT on platforms.
• Contribute to UN L&D strategy development and conduct surveys.
