Job summary

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in learning management projects and capacity development.
• Experience designing blended training programs with e-learning components.
• Experience administering an LMS and delivering ERP training.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate the Umoja training program and related projects.
• Analyze Umoja training plans to align with goals and mandates.
• Develop e-learning content and instructional materials.
• Monitor training project delivery and review documents for follow-ups.
• Identify staff development needs through surveys and data collection.
• Coordinate training projects for capacity development and end-user performance.
• Evaluate training solutions and provide enhancements.
• Conduct Training of Trainers events and promote e-learning platforms.
• Lead the LMS team and advise on blended learning best practices.
• Prepare communication materials and support outreach activities.
• Provide input for Umoja training budget and performance reports.
