• Progressive experience designing, facilitating, and managing learning programs.
• Experience working with operational leaders and subject matter experts to create practical, job-relevant training.
• Experience developing onboarding, role-based learning, leadership development, or train-the-trainer programs.
• Construction industry experience is helpful, particularly field or project-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the learning strategy and annual learning plan.
• Align development priorities with business goals, workforce needs, competency gaps, and resources.
• Create structured onboarding and role-based learning paths for construction positions.
• Design learning through workshops, job aids, field-based experiences, virtual sessions, and instructor-led content.
• Collaborate with field and office leaders to translate needs into learning solutions.
• Maintain learning records and report participation, outcomes, and follow-up needs.
