Job summary

Asplundh, based in Horsham, PA, seeks a Learning & Development Business Partner to design, deliver, and optimize employee learning programs. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify needs, develop content, and roll out leadership development initiatives across the organization.

You will manage learning projects, analyze training impact, and ensure program effectiveness, while maintaining Brainier LMS content and reporting. Hybrid work, with 4 days in-office, is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in learning & development, training, or talent development.
• Experience designing or delivering training programs or learning content.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals.
• Experience working with an LMS or learning technology platforms preferred.
• Experience working with eLearning tools such as Articulate, Camtasia,
• Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing business environment.
• Experience in large, fast-paced, complex organization is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning materials, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced content.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees and leaders as needed.
• Support implementation of leadership development and skills-based programs.
• Analyze results and identify gaps in training needs.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to ensure that training fulfills the needs and objectives of the company.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in learning and development.
• Coordinate logistics for training programs, including scheduling, communications, and materials.
• Assist with program rollout and stakeholder communication across business units.
• Track participation, completion, and feedback metrics.
• Maintain learning content and resources within the Learning Management System (Brainier).
• Support reporting and basic analysis of training effectiveness and engagement.
• Recommend improvements based on feedback and business needs.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Learning & Development Dept. by identifying ways to continuously improve the learning process.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to understand learning needs.
• Provide practical recommendations aligned with organizational goals and workforce priorities.
