Job summary

Spencer in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, is seeking a Senior Partner, Learning & Development to lead enterprise-wide training strategy and programs. You will work with business leaders to diagnose learning needs and design impactful solutions that elevate performance.

The role requires mastery of adult learning principles and instructional design, plus hands-on creation of courses with tools like Articulate and InDesign. You’ll deliver sessions, coach participants, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Instructional Design, or related field; with 3-4 years L&D experience.
• Proven aptitude in developing and delivering technology-based learning programs.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to identify learning needs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with training tools such as Articulate and InDesign.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs and conduct assessments.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs, outlines, materials, assessments, and reinforcement tools.
• Deliver training sessions in-person, virtually, and via e-learning modules.
• Provide coaching and support to participants to apply learned skills.
• Continuously improve training content and delivery based on feedback and trends.
