Job summary

Live! Casino Virginia is seeking a Training and Organizational Development Specialist to support education initiatives, manage learning programs, and enhance team performance on-site in Virginia.

You will lead LMS administration, design training materials, coordinate onboarding, and measure program effectiveness while ensuring compliance with state regulations. A bachelor’s degree and training experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of training experience.
• Exposure to alcohol and smoking environments.
• Ability to secure licensure as required by Virginia Gaming authorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and report on compliance training requirements.
• Manage users and courses in the LMS.
• Maintain LMS community areas and performance.
• Provide triage and troubleshooting for LMS issues.
• Coordinate training updates and new hire orientation.
• Schedule all training classes.
• Develop training materials and manuals.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
