Job summary

Live! Casino Virginia is seeking a Training and Organizational Development Specialist to design, deliver and evaluate employee education programs.

You will manage the LMS, coordinate training events, and partner with vendors to ensure effective learning experiences for a dynamic workforce in a casino environment. Responsibilities include tracking compliance trainings, facilitating sessions, organizing materials, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of training experience.
• Exposure to an alcohol and smoking environment in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Track and report on compliance training requirements.
• Manage users and courses in the LMS (snapshots, course creation, user creation).
• Manage LMS community areas, appearances, and settings.
• Monitor LMS outages and performance.
• Provide triage and troubleshooting for LMS issues.
• Coordinate training updates and new course development.
• Present information using diverse instructional techniques.
• Schedule all training classes and orient new hires.
• Maintain training records and vendor relationships.
