Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute onboarding programs, organizational learning, and leadership development initiatives. You will manage logistical, administrative, and operational aspects of training activities to ensure a smooth, engaging experience for new hires and participants.

In this role you will partner with L&D professionals and external vendors, maintain learning records, support learning technologies, and oversee event logistics to scale

Qualifications

• 2 years of training coordination experience
• Experience with learning administration and event coordination
• LMS experience and MS Office proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, manage, and execute onboarding activities and training programs.
• Coordinate schedules, registrations, and learning records across programs.
• Ensure seamless event logistics and exceptional participant experience.
• Support leadership development initiatives and program evaluation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and vendors to deliver training.
