Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve employee development programs in the United States. You will create training modules, deliver group and one-on-one sessions, and monitor outcomes to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

You will partner with leadership to identify training needs, evaluate program impact, and manage schedules and resources to support organizational learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of training/facilitation experience.
• Experience creating and executing training modules tailored to job needs.
• Experience evaluating trainee performance and program effectiveness through feedback and testing.
• Experience presenting and facilitating in a corporate setting.
• Experience collaborating with leadership to identify training needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update curricula to support new hire and employee development.
• Create and update training manuals, handouts, and materials for diverse learners.
• Deliver structured training sessions using group and one-on-one methods.
• Evaluate competencies and tailor instruction to close development gaps.
• Track and report on training effectiveness and knowledge transfer.
