Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Learning & Development professional to coordinate and deliver training programs across the organization. You will manage the training calendar, design curricula for property management operations, and create engaging materials for in-person, instructor-led, and online sessions.

You will administer the LMS, track attendance, and report on learner progress while partnering with subject matter experts. Travel up to 40% and collaboration with leaders are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience in property management or real estate related industries preferred.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills; virtual and in-person delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to ~40% and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and communicate training programs across the organization.
• Manage the learning calendar and ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule.
• Design and implement training for property management operations and policies.
• Create engaging materials for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning.
• Administer LMS, including uploads, attendance, reporting, and learner support.
• Partner with SMEs and leaders to develop and maintain content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback.
• Support onboarding, leadership development, and company events.
• Travel as needed to facilitate sessions and large-scale events.
