Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Learning & Enablement professional to support end-to-end program delivery, coordinate training calendars, and document schedules.

You will partner with subject matter experts to gather requirements, facilitate sessions, track milestones, and report training performance.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Enablement, training, enablement, program coordination or related field.
• Proven facilitation and presentation abilities in diverse settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to organize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of assigned Learning & Enablement programs
• Coordinate project plans, training calendars, and implementation schedules
• Track project milestones, task completion, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Maintain program and project documentation, meeting notes, action logs
• Partner with subject matter experts and senior team members to gather requirements
• Coordinate, deliver, and document internal training programs
• Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of training and performance data
• Build productive working relationships with internal stakeholders, operations partners, and vendor teams
• Lead smaller projects or workstreams under guidance
