Job summary

Socure is seeking a seasoned L&D Program Manager to own the design, launch, and scale of capability-building, growth, leadership development, and onboarding initiatives. You’ll architect from scratch and supervise five integrated pillars, embedding AI as programs scale while measuring impact with dashboards.

Lead enterprise-wide programs, drive internal mobility, HiPo and leadership tracks, and deliver a cohesive onboarding experience from new-hire to role-based tracks.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Learning & Development or Talent/Organizational Development, with a track record of building programs from the ground up.
• Real mastery of instructional design and learning/leadership theory, turning adult learning into measurable programs.
• Exceptional program management instincts to drive multiple concurrent builds, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
• Fluency with learning technology and LMS platforms (e.g., LearnUpon) and evaluating AI tools as programs scale.
• Strong analytical instincts, building dashboards and metrics linking learning to business outcomes.
• High-impact communication and facilitation skills to influence executives and cross-functional partners.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Capability Building at Scale: Design enterprise-wide learning programs from scratch to close today’s gaps and readiness for tomorrow.
• Growth & Career Pathing: Design careers philosophy and internal mobility frameworks with Talent Acquisition.
• HiPo Program: Redesign and own High-Potential program end-to-end with criteria, cohorts, and development plans.
• Leadership Development Programming: Build and run leadership programs and the Leadership Competency Awards end to end.
• Onboarding Program: Re-design onboarding as an academy from new-hire to manager tracks.
• Manage multiple concurrent program builds from concept to launch to scale with budgets and timelines.
• Partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, and business leaders to align with talent strategy.
• Build learning dashboards to prove impact and drive iteration.
• Own and evolve the learning tech stack, evaluating new tools including AI.
• Stay ahead of learning theory and practice, bringing external perspectives to internal builds.
• Partner with Sales & Product Enablement to keep the learning experience cohesive.
