Job summary

Kepler is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development to own internal learning programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to elevate performance and organizational capability. This role balances strategy with hands-on execution, including instructional design and LMS administration (WorkRamp).

3–5 years in talent development is preferred. The role requires strong project management, consulting skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while driving continuous learning

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of talent development, instructional design, or corporate training delivery.
• Proven ability to facilitate engaging virtual training sessions (Zoom/Google Meet).
• Strong instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills for multiple trainings and timelines.
• Experience with LMS administration and performance management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations of internal learning programs: scheduling, content maintenance, SME support, communication logistics.
• Lead first-day onboarding trainings for new hires.
• Develop and rollout ad hoc training initiatives, including live events and training days.
• Consult with stakeholders through needs analyses to align training with business objectives and compliance.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions and other departments on training gaps and improvements.
• Lead content development and manage external vendors as needed.
• Facilitate live virtual sessions, manage breakout rooms and recordings.
