Job summary

FIRY in Las Vegas is seeking a senior Learning & Development leader to own the function for Skillz, guiding strategy, governance, and scalable curriculum. Build a high-performing team, set standards, and tie programs to business outcomes across performance, retention, and productivity.

You will partner with People Operations, FP&A, and executives to measure impact, accelerate onboarding, and lift manager capability in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.
• Experience building scalable enterprise learning programs in growth-stage or tech environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven experience designing manager development programs, onboarding frameworks, and performance enablement initiatives.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect the end-to-end Learning & Development function, defining strategy, operating model, governance, and roadmap.
• Drive onboarding speed, manager enablement, and performance improvements across the employee lifecycle.
• Elevate manager capability with competency frameworks and scalable training programs.
• Establish learning measurement and business impact reporting tied to KPIs across units.
