Job summary

Argo Group in Chicago seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver enterprise-wide programs, building a cohesive, inclusive culture and high performance. This role collaborates with leaders, HR, and SMEs to identify needs and deliver scalable learning solutions, including compliance training and leadership development.

You will manage end-to-end program delivery, measure outcomes with analytics, and lead change management to ensure adoption of new skills and behaviors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services.
• Facilitation and training experience.
• Knowledge of learning needs analysis; instructional design, development and evaluation.
• Experience with project management of multiple HR projects.
• Ability to execute leadership and talent development initiatives and succession processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Establish a strategic roadmap for L&D programs and leadership development.
• Lead design, development, implementation and sustainability of centralized learning programs.
• Build change management strategies to apply new skills and habits.
• Determine content for compliance training and align with policies.
• Assess needs, co-create solutions, and ensure priorities alignment.
• Write/edit course catalogs, manuals, visuals and presentations as needed.
• Develop metrics to evaluate program performance and drive improvements.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery including vendor management and budget.
• Support strategic projects in performance and talent management.
