Job summary

Fleet Farm in Appleton, WI is seeking a Manager of Training and Development who will shape the learning strategy, build a roadmap aligned with business priorities, and lead a team of training professionals.

You will design and deliver learning experiences—from eLearning to instructor-led sessions—administer the Docebo LMS, measure impact, and partner with HR and operations to drive performance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of training and development experience, including curriculum development, program implementation, and evaluation.
• Hands-on instructional design, eLearning development, and instructor-led facilitation experience.
• Experience administering an LMS and using learning data to improve training programs.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, presentation, and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities independently, exercise sound judgment, and learn new technology quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Learning Strategy by developing an annual training roadmap aligned with business priorities, operational needs, and resources.
• Design and deliver learning that works through eLearning, videos, job aids, and instructor-led programs.
• Own learning technology and measurement by administering Docebo, tracking completion, and reporting.
• Lead and develop the training team, coaching direct reports and aligning priorities with business goals.
