Job summary

Daifuku North America is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to lead the creation and management of training initiatives across the organization. The role includes overseeing the Learning Management System and ensuring employees meet required training benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Training or Human Resources, alongside a proven track record in managing LMS and training methodologies. Excellent benefits including medical, vision, dental insurance, and 401K are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with LMS and PMS programs.
• Experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• CPTD certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements company-wide learning initiatives.
• Collaborates with external training vendors.
• Manages the Learning Management System and Performance Management process.

Skills

Proficiency in LMS

Education
