Job summary

Dashiell Corporation in Houston, TX seeks a Manager, Learning & Development to build and lead the learning ecosystem, owning the LMS and translating business needs into effective programs for employees at all levels. The role partners with HR and business leaders to assess training needs, design multi-modal programs, and measure impact; travel to various office locations is occasional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, HR, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in learning and development or related HR function.
• Experience administering a learning management system (Cornerstone OnDemand preferred).
• Strong instructional design skills across ILT, virtual, e-learning, and microlearning.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the learning management system, content organization, user management, reporting, and compliance tracking.
• Partner with HR Partners and business leaders to assess training needs and develop a comprehensive learning strategy.
• Design, develop, and deliver leadership development programs and curricula across modalities.
• Manage onboarding programs in partnership with People Operations and support a scalable learning culture.
• Develop and manage the L&D budget and relationships with external vendors.
