Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees through various core programs.
• Develop and maintain an effective Designated Trainer program.
• Coordinate and update Standards Training Manuals.
• Partner with hotel management to identify performance gaps.
• Manage all compliance and safety training.
• Create and manage an annual budget for training.
