Overview

A leading law firm is seeking a Director of Learning Services to design and implement firmwide technical learning programs. This role leads a team of 3–5 professionals, driving adoption of enterprise platforms, supporting change management, and building modern learning experiences that strengthen skills across all levels of the firm. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires 3 days per week onsite in Center City, Philadelphia.

Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage learning paths for system updates, new hires, and ongoing training.
• Build tailored content in modern, user-friendly formats for just-in-time learning.
• Lead “Centers of Excellence” to promote adoption and ROI of enterprise software.
• Oversee the firm’s LMS, onboarding programs, and advanced training initiatives.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver training on emerging technologies, including AI.
• Collaborate with leadership on L&D strategy, aligning with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Education, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong technical and AI skills; quick learner of new tools.
• Proven experience managing LMS, onboarding, and change management programs.
• Track record in professional services or law firm environment preferred.
