Job summary

Brookfield Properties seeks a Learning Consultant to enhance property operations through targeted training programs. You will design, deliver, and coach across in-person and virtual formats, collaborating with stakeholders to refine materials and support new acquisitions and openings.

Lead onboarding for property managers, manage LMS records, and track KPIs to drive performance. Occasional travel up to 50% is required to support multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training, HR, Organizational Development or related field.
• 3–5+ years in in-person and virtual training or instructional design.
• Experience with LMS and real estate/property management context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training across in-person and virtual formats.
• Manage training administration, scheduling, and facilities.
• Support acquisitions and property openings with tailored programs.
• Develop and update training materials with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with regional leaders and property teams.
• Lead onboarding training for property managers and track progress.
• Travel up to 50% to support on-site and regional needs.
