Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Learning Consultant to enhance property operations through targeted training programs. You will deliver engaging sessions in-person and virtually, coordinate LMS activities, and support onboarding for new communities.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years of hands-on training or instructional design experience in multifamily real estate, with strong knowledge of CRM, PowerBI, and HRIS systems. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Training, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 3–4 years of in-person and virtual training or instructional design experience in multifamily real estate, hospitality, or customer service.
• Experience coaching managers, leasing agents, or sales to improve performance and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training delivery across in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and self-paced learning.
• Administer LMS: enrollments, participation tracking, and training records.
• Support acquisitions and property openings with onboarding and integration training.
• Develop and refine training materials with Instructional Designer and stakeholders.
• Build partnerships with Regional Leaders and Property Managers to align initiatives with goals.
• Lead onboarding training for new Property Managers, including systems and financial training.
• Monitor KPIs, gather feedback, and drive continuous learning improvements.
