Realty Income Corporation in San Diego (Del Mar Heights) is hiring a Learning and Development Program Manager to join our People Success Team. You will plan, deliver, measure, and continuously improve a portfolio of leadership and employee development programs.

We seek a seasoned professional with at least five years in corporate learning and development, skilled in program management, stakeholder engagement, and learning analytics.

Qualifications

• At least five years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development or related HR program management.
• Experience managing leadership development programs, logistics, cohort management, and learning measurement.
• Experience with external vendors, budgets, invoices, and learning materials.
• Experience developing content across in-person, virtual, and blended environments.
• Experience with learning evaluation certifications (e.g., Kirkpatrick) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, delivery, and evaluation of leadership and employee development programs.
• Maintain curricula, facilitator guides, and participant materials with stakeholders.
• Coordinate program calendars, session logistics, and attendance tracking.
• Lead nominations, cohort management, and communications to drive engagement.
• Administer surveys and measure impact using Kirkpatrick framework.
• Manage budgets, vendors, invoices, and contracts.
• Foster internal learning communities and develop learning resources.
