Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and evaluate programs that support talent development across the organization.

The role focuses on leadership development, onboarding, and team-building initiatives, with a strong emphasis on AI learning and digital upskilling to drive adoption of new tools. Travel to training sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership, onboarding, or team-based training programs.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in AI learning, digital upskilling, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Experience working with LMS platforms and learning technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs across leadership development, onboarding, team building, business skills, and AI learning.
• Conduct needs assessments and performance gap analyses to determine learning interventions.
• Develop training materials and digital resources aligned with adult learning principles.
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions for employees at various levels.
• Plan and implement AI learning initiatives to enhance digital competencies and tool adoption.
