Job summary

Mark-Taylor in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Brand & People Excellence Specialist to join our corporate office. You will design and deliver training, develop materials, and partner with T&D/HR to drive learning and leadership development aligned with our five-star service standards.

You will manage records in learning systems, coordinate end-to-end training logistics, create engagement campaigns, and measure program impact to boost employee growth and retention across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training programs and facilitating sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Ability to design and maintain training materials and curricula.
