Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Brand & People Excellence Specialist to elevate training and development across our Arizona communities from the Scottsdale corporate office. You will design courses, deliver engaging in-person and online training, and collaborate with T&D/HR and business leaders to raise service standards and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years training, mentoring, or developing service, maintenance, or operations teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
• Experience partnering with HR and business leaders to design learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and online training programs aligned with onboarding, career development, leadership, and promotions.
• Design and develop training materials, guides, slides, and job aids.
• Coordinate with HR, leadership, and stakeholders to assess needs and deliver impactful training.
• Maintain LMS records to ensure accurate reporting and a 5-star learner experience.
• Manage event logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and room bookings.
• Create learner engagement campaigns to support D&I and growth initiatives.
