Mark-Taylor is seeking a Brand & People Excellence Specialist at our Scottsdale corporate office. You will deliver engaging training, design courses, and partner with HR and leaders to improve performance while upholding brand values across the organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs and curricula.
• Leadership experience coordinating service, maintenance, or operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging in-person classes and train‑the‑trainer programs aligned with employee milestones.
• Design and develop training courses and materials (Facilitator/ Participant Guides, slides, Job Aids).
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess needs and deliver learning solutions to improve performance.
• Maintain records in the learning management system and ensure accurate reporting.
• Plan logistics for training events, including scheduling and room setup.
