Job summary

Olin is seeking a Learning and Development Intern for Houston, TX to assist in designing instructional content and learning programs. The role supports content creation, LMS administration, and the development of training roadmaps throughout the year.

The position requires enrollment in HR Development or Instructional Design, a 3.0+ GPA, and experience with Articulate tools. Part-time availability (20 hours/week) and a valid US driver’s license are needed.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in college/university majoring in HR Development or HR Instructional Design.
• Must maintain GPA 3.0 or higher; transcript required each term.
• Experience with content authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, or Adobe Captivate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating instructional materials and resources for learners.
• Support full-cycle recruiting activities including intake meetings, sourcing, interviews, and offers.
• Help develop training roadmaps and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Provide LMS administrative support and contribute to learning initiatives.
