Job summary

Uline is offering a Summer 2027 Instructional Design Intern position in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will help create training modules, support employee growth, and gain hands-on experience in instructional design.

The program includes a dedicated mentor, housing for out-of-town interns, in-person collaboration, and the chance to join Uline full-time after graduation. Lunch and Learn sessions and networking events are part of the experience.

Qualifications

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in Articulate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build instructional design skills by creating training modules and materials that support employee learning and development.
• Research leadership development topics and emerging learning trends to help improve training effectiveness.
• Review employee feedback to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve training materials.
