Summary
We’re looking for a Talent Specialist who enjoys turning complex information into clear, engaging, and practical learning content. This role will focus heavily on the design and development of training materials, including eLearning courses, training videos, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), job aids, presentations, and other digital learning resources.
You’ll partner with subject matter experts and teams across the organization to understand learning needs, organize information, and build resources that employees can easily understand and use on the job.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating and building learning content, is comfortable working with learning technology and multimedia tools, and can take a training need from initial concept through a polished final product.
Responsibilities
- Learning Content Development: Design and develop engaging training materials, including eLearning courses, training videos, QRGs, job aids, presentations, guides, and other digital learning resources.
- eLearning Development: Build interactive, self-paced learning experiences using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or similar platforms.
- Video & Multimedia Content: Create and edit instructional videos, screen recordings, demonstrations, voiceovers, and other multimedia learning content.
- Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles to organize complex information into clear, practical, and easy-to-understand learning experiences.
- Training Documentation: Develop step-by-step guides, process documentation, FAQs, reference materials, and other resources employees can use while performing their jobs.
- Subject Matter Expert Partnership: Work with SMEs and business partners to gather information, understand processes, and translate subject matter expertise into effective learning content.
- Learning Needs: Help identify learning and performance needs and recommend the appropriate solution, whether that is an eLearning course, video, QRG, job aid, or other resource.
- Content Maintenance: Review and update existing training materials as systems, processes, policies, and business needs change.
- Learning Management System: Upload, organize, maintain, and support learning content within the LMS and help ensure employees have access to the appropriate resources.
- Learning Effectiveness: Gather feedback and review learning data to identify opportunities to improve content and the learner experience.
- Support broader Talent and HR initiatives requiring learning content, communications, documentation, or employee resources.
Experience
- Experience developing eLearning, digital training content, videos, QRGs, job aids, presentations, and other learning materials
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or similar platforms
- Experience creating or editing training videos, screen recordings, voiceovers, and multimedia content
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Ability to take complex processes or information and turn them into clear, user-friendly learning resources
- Strong writing, editing, visual communication, and content organization skillsExperience working with subject matter experts to gather and translate information into learning content
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content development projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and taking learning materials from concept through final production
- Experience facilitating training is helpful but not a primary focus of this role

Compensation
Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
