Job summary

Kemper Corporation is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute enterprise-wide learning and development strategy, accelerating performance and a culture of continuous learning across all levels. You will design scalable programs, partner with HR, and lead a team of L&D professionals to drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities include aligning curricula with business priorities, leveraging modern learning theory, and optimizing Workday Learning to enable data-driven decisions and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development or related field is strongly preferred.
• At least 10 years in learning and development or organizational development, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Ability to lead enterprise L&D strategy and execute cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned with culture and priorities.
• Design and deliver scalable learning frameworks using modern adult learning theory and blended delivery.
• Partner with HR and leaders to identify needs and translate them into actionable development programs.
• Oversee Workday Learning module optimization for enterprise adoption and data-driven decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing L&D team to achieve Talent Solutions Team objectives.
