Job summary

Kemper is seeking a senior Learning and Development leader to shape and execute an enterprise-wide learning strategy aligned with Kultur and business priorities. You will design scalable learning frameworks and champion modern delivery methods to accelerate performance across the organization.

You will lead a team of L&D professionals, collaborate with Talent Management and HR, and optimize Workday Learning for data-driven decision making, ensuring programs deliver measurable ROI across offices

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive learning and development experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing enterprise L&D strategy.
• Experience with Workday Learning or related HCM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop an end-to-end enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Design and implement scalable, modern learning frameworks using adult learning theory and blended delivery.
• Partner with HR and leaders to identify needs and translate them into actionable development plans.
