Job summary

Profed-Federal-Credit-Union is seeking a Learning & Development professional to drive employee growth and organizational excellence through engaging training programs and onboarding experiences. You will collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver high-impact learning that enhances performance and member service.

Responsibilities include delivering instructor-led training in virtual and in-person settings, developing materials, coordinating onboarding, and optimizing learning

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in credit union, banking, or financial services with knowledge of operations, products, services, and member experience principles.
• Self-motivated with commitment to continuous learning and professional development; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for helping others learn and succeed.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and concepts quickly with a creative mindset and willingness to explore innovative learning solutions.
• Able to present information, facilitate training and discussions with individuals and groups, and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Adapt communication and training approaches to meet varying learner needs; familiar with learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging instructor-led training in virtual and classroom environments.
• Deliver onboarding, operational, product, service, and member experience training.
• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of onboarding experiences.
• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to ensure effective development opportunities.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, facilitator guides, presentations, job-aids, and other resources.
• Ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate training logistics, registrations, schedules, attendance tracking, and program evaluations.
• Perform basic LMS functions: course assignments, content uploads, reporting support, learner assistance.
• Additional duties as assigned.
