Job summary

Unifin Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for employees and partners across the organization. The role emphasizes instructor-led and e-learning formats, with a focus on applying adult learning principles to improve performance.

You will coordinate with departments, administer onboarding and skill-building sessions, and evaluate training impact while ensuring access to the necessary systems and tools for effective learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus 2+ years in L&D.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia) and MS Office.
• Experience with LMS platforms (SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, ISOTrain).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and administer instructor-led and e-learning courses.
• Provide train-the-trainer support, including design, facilitation, and consultation.
• Serve as SME in adult learning theory, innovative learning methodologies and evaluation.
• Lead company-wide employee engagement survey analytics and action planning.
• Create onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees.
• Present training programs using lectures, online courses, videos, and knowledge-bank articles.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate essential job-skills training.
• Build relationships with site partners to tailor training.
• Analyze, design, develop, implement, deliver, and evaluate training materials.
