Job summary

ARCO Murray is seeking an L&D Coordinator to keep learning programs running by handling logistics, LMS learner data, and vendor coordination, from brainstorm meetings to training events. You will work closely with L&D Program Managers and the Learning Technology Specialist to support day-to-day administration and communication that underpins strong program design and delivery.

• 1–3 years in learning & development, event planning, or office management
• Experience designing training materials in MS PowerPoint preferred
• Experience with LMS preferred and vendor coordination

Responsibilities

• Maintain training content library, calendars, and learner data
• Serve as first point of contact for event logistics and LMS troubleshooting
• Manage internal event calendars, rosters, and program tools
• Coordinate concurrent learning events with vendors and partners
• Source and manage vendors for catering, AV, and other services
• Arrange all logistical elements for smooth participant experiences
• Maintain logs for L&D events and dashboards
