Job summary

Nox Group is seeking an Learning and Development Specialist to translate subject matter into high-quality facilitator and learner materials for Craft Trainers and staff. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this role focuses on creating instructional content for a growing L&D function.

The position is an entry point into a team that will grow with the enterprise, with opportunity to evolve and take on broader responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in instructional design and curriculum development with adult learning theory at the core.
• Strong writing and content-development skills to translate SME input into clear training materials.
• Proficiency with instructional design tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Canva) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Instructional design and curriculum development of training materials: Partner with SMEs to translate subject matter into facilitator and learner materials.
• Design and build Facilitator's Guides, learner workbooks, job aids, and other training materials.
• Support refinement of existing trainings, incorporating stakeholder feedback into revised curriculum.
