Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator at the Entry IC level in the US. This role supports the L&TD team with scheduling, LMS administration, onboarding logistics, and communications.

It’s ideal for someone organized, curious about learning and development, and eager to grow within People functions. You'll build foundational knowledge of L&TD operations, foster relationships across the People team, and contribute to wider initiatives over time.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience; internships or relevant coursework in HR, education, communications, or related field welcome
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Clear communicator, comfortable drafting emails, Slack messages, and simple documents
• Curious about learning technology and eager to develop LMS proficiency
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
• Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with Slack and project tools a plus
• Genuine interest in people development and building a career in L&D or HR

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for L&TD programs and initiatives
• Manage day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollment, completions, and reporting
• Support the team with vendor coordination, calendar management, and program tracking
• Maintain the L&TD content library, ensuring materials are organized, current, and accessible
• Draft internal communications, newsletters, and program announcements
• Support onboarding logistics for new hire learning experiences
• Assist with data collection and reporting on program participation and effectiveness
• Partner closely with the L&TD team to support day-to-day operational and administrative needs
