Job summary

Crusoe Industries (CI) seeks a Learning & Development Specialist embedded on-site in Brighton, CO. You’ll deliver soft skills training, diagnostics, and development programs for CI employees, building strong relationships with frontline leaders and the broader People team.

You’ll diagnose needs, design solutions, and deliver impact while growing expertise in talent development through hands-on practice in a field-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; non-traditional backgrounds welcome.
• 1–3 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, HR, or related field.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Brighton, CO; on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary L&TD point of contact for Crusoe Industries employees and leaders on-site.
• Deliver soft skills training, facilitation, and development programming for CI employees at all levels.
• Assess talent development needs on the ground and surface insights back to the L&TD team.
• Design and adapt learning materials for the CI context.
• Support onboarding experiences for new CI hires.
• Build trusting relationships with CI managers and frontline leaders to understand evolving development needs.
• Coordinate and deliver coaching conversations and career development support as needed.
• Collaborate with L&TD leadership on programming strategy and cross-site consistency.
