Crusoe is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our L&TD team. This entry IC role covers scheduling, LMS administration, and team communications, with opportunities to grow across People functions.

You’ll build foundational knowledge of how L&TD operates, collaborate with the People team, and contribute to larger initiatives over time in a fast-paced environment. This position offers growth and development within Crusoe.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in HR, education, communications or related field, internships welcome.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communicator able to draft emails, messages, and simple documents.
• Curious about learning technology and eager to develop LMS proficiency.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with Slack and project tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for L&TD programs and initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day LMS administration, including enrollment, completions, and reporting.
• Support vendor coordination, calendar management, and program tracking.
• Maintain the L&TD content library, ensuring materials are organized and current.
• Draft internal communications, newsletters, and program announcements.
• Support onboarding logistics for new hire learning experiences.
• Assist with data collection and reporting on program participation and effectiveness.
• Partner with the L&TD team to support day-to-day operational needs.
