Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems LLC is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of training programs. This onsite role collaborates with the L&D Manager to administer the LMS, maintain records, develop resources, and drive engagement in growth initiatives.

As adoption of the new LMS progresses, you will help create a positive learner experience, report on training metrics, and support onboarding and development across departments.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, HR, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with LMS administration and training metrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate company-wide training schedules, programs, workshops, and initiatives.
• Administer and support the LMS, including course assignments and learner tracking.
• Support adoption and enhancement of the newly implemented LMS.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Create and distribute learning reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Organize onboarding and orientation learning activities for new hires.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials and guides.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and ROI analysis.
