Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Manager of Talent Development & People Programs to own enterprise onboarding and learning experience design. You will lead end-to-end onboarding, design development solutions, and partner with stakeholders to improve new hire experiences.

The role combines hands-on learning design with performance consulting, program management, and change management to accelerate capability, culture, and outcomes across a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years in learning and development or related area.
• Experience designing end-to-end onboarding programs and employee lifecycle initiatives.
• Experience facilitating workshops virtually, blended, and in-person.
• Strong data-driven, outcomes-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning Experience Design across the pillar: intake, prioritization, delivery, and evaluation.
• Drive onboarding and experience design projects from concept to implementation.
• Develop high‑quality content and resources for virtual, in-person, and blended formats.
• Apply adult learning and behavioral science to solutions; consult with SMEs.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to speed development and personalize learning.
• Produce and facilitate sessions; manage pilots and stakeholder alignment.
• Set content design standards and quality criteria across outputs.
• Own onboarding strategy and Day 90 framework for a scalable, hybrid workforce.
• Build and maintain onboarding components: orientation, journeys, guides, and job aids.
• Design hiring manager onboarding toolkit and enablement programs.
