Responsibilities

• Onboard and exit employees; maintain training matrices for all departments.
• Review and update training matrices and policies; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as back office tech lead; support documentation and reporting.
• Develop trainings and improve administrative practices across departments.
• Prepare weekly/monthly metrics and KPI reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with PMO on recruiting processes and new initiatives.
