Job summary

Options For All is seeking an Entry-level Learning & Development Coordinator in San Diego County, CA. The role supports planning, coordination, administration, and delivery of learning initiatives, reporting to the Learning and Development Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management System (Absorb LMS) preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Experience in nonprofit or human services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training logistics, enrollment, communications, room reservations, virtual meeting setup, training materials, and attendance tracking.
• Maintain Absorb LMS, course assignments, user accounts, training records, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with onboarding and New Team Member Orientation.
• Develop and update participant guides, presentations, job aids, and training resources.
• Support wellness and employee engagement initiatives.
